Fall Update

We had a great time vending at The City Flea for the first time, this summer! It was definitely a learning experience being behind the table as newie vendors. The photo below shows our booth setup from the flea's last summer market! We had a blast and cannot wait to do more!

In other news...we were recently informed that we got accepted to sell at The Oakley Fancy Flea for this year's winter markets! This season they are having it at the 20th Century Theater in Oakley Square. This will be the perfect time to shop for your holiday gifts and support small local businesses while doing it! Hopefully during these cooler months, we will be able to focus more on our Etsy site and blogging. Family birthdays and holidays are coming up, which means lots of party planning and projects! So keep an eye out for those. We're really trying to update and share more of what we're creating these days besides always sharing our adventures in selling. Since we both have day jobs, lately it's been a bit hard to juggle those and Mixie Studio. But we're passionate about making stuff and keeping in touch with each other, so we've stuck to it and it has been extremely satisfying as a creative outlet for the both of us!

Oh and on a Tim Gunn note... did you watch Project Runway this season? SO intense! I'm happy for the winner!! It was definitely a well deserved win, in my opinion. I'm excited to see what's next!
